For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Debit for payment of your account. Fees are due at the time they are incurred. For patients with insurance, we can usually bill your dental plan directly and you simply pay the differences, which can include your co-payment, your deductible, or any fees over your annual maximum. Please read your insurance booklet carefully to review your current coverage details. We will ask all patients to sign a financial responsibility statement reflecting acknowledgment and understanding of our office policy regarding fees and fee payments. A cost estimate is provided for each patient prior to proceeding with treatment.

All fees are payable on the day of the surgery, unless other arrangements have been made.
